You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase — no questions asked.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only for first-time subscriptions.
Refunds for renewals are not automatic — but we may issue one if you contact us within 24 hours of the charge.
Accounts found abusing the refund system (e.g. using multiple accounts) may be banned.

Subscription Management

All plans are billed in advance and renew automatically.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.

After cancellation, you’ll retain full access until the end of your billing cycle.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

Promo Codes

Promo codes and discounts (when available) are non-refundable and cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.

Payment Methods

We accept Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
